COSTS. Bear Hug accepts all applications on a "first come, first served" basis. We strive for gender balance but can not guarantee it. Filling the camp takes priority over gender balance.  The price, $135 U.S., includes cabin space or tent site, food, music, dancing, staff concert, and unforgettable camaraderie. Print out the web registration form or download the flyer version (an Adobe Acrobat PDF file) to sign up individually or as a couple. Non-dancing children may pay according to a sliding fee schedule based on age. Details are listed on the registration form.
NOTE: There is a preferred application deadline of July 31. If postmarked after this date, add $10 to the adult price for each participant.

After we receive your registration and payment, you'll be notified of either acceptance or waiting-list status. The checks of confirmed participants will be deposited; all others will be returned. T-SHIRTS. Be sure to order your very own Bear Hug Mountain Festival T-shirt! This 100% cotton shirt
features this year's design as pictured to the right.
The T-shirts come in Natural Navy, or Emerald Green (short or long sleeve) with contrasting ink. The art work is on the front of the shirt.
Guarantee your fine souvenir from the Festival and
order one along with your registration. In order to
insure your T-shirt will be on hand when you arrive,
you must send in your registration by August 25.
T-Shirt orders will be taken at camp for an additional fee.

SCHOLARSHIPS. Bear Hug offers a limited number of work scholarships.  If you wish to join us but have limited resources, please apply and pay only $90 U.S. For more details, contact Sarah Lamson at (406) 257-2801 (sarahjane93@hotmail.com).   

CANCELLATIONS. If you must cancel your registration, please, do not find your own replacement because we maintain a waiting list.  Contact Sarah Lamson at (406) 257-2801(sarahjane93@hotmail.com). The following refund schedule applies for cancellations:

Before August 15th: Bear Hug retains $10 per person, and refunds the remainder.

Between August 15th and 31st: Bear Hug retains $35 per person, and refunds the remainder.

After August 31st: Bear Hug retains $50 per person, and refunds remainder only if the space is filled.
